About Me

I attended The Citadel and proudly served in the South Carolina Air National Guard for nine years. During my enlistment, I deployed to Afghanistan and Kuwait, and additionally enjoyed a tour of duty in South Korea. I am also a military spouse; my wife is active duty in the Army. Our family moved to Tacoma, Washington because of my wife’s military Permanent Change of Station (PCS) move to Joint Base Lewis McChord (JBLM). I am a full-time Real Estate Broker in the JBLM, greater Tacoma, and South Puget Sound, WA areas who specializes in representing both buyers and sellers throughout the home buying process.

One of the first certifications that I earned was my Military Relocation Professional (MRP) certification for one simple reason: I understand…and I want to help. The stress of a military PCS is unrivaled. It is difficult to uproot and move to the unknown every few years, leaving behind your friends, neighbors, schools, jobs, favorite restaurants, hobbies, and more. Not to mention, picking out a new place to call home over the course of a short visit or sometimes sight unseen. This is where I come in. I love helping my clients find and secure housing that satisfies their needs for safety, comfort, functionality, and a place to make their home.

I take great pride in my knowledge of the local real estate market and trends, to include staying on top of the latest changes and developments. I have successfully guided numerous clients through purchases and sales of single-family homes, condos, investment properties, and unimproved land. My listings typically utilize a multi-faceted approach including a virtual tour, social media advertising, “featured listing” status on my website, and may include open houses, mailers, and more. A unique combination of these components will be tailored to your wants and needs, and used to generate increased awareness of the property across multiple platforms with one goal: selling your property for the highest amount possible.

What is a Military Relocation Professional (MRP)?


According to the The National Association of Realtors®, the Military Relocation Professional (MRP) certification is designated for Realtors® and Real Estate Agents who desire to work with military service members, regardless branch of service or current status. After completing the MRP program, Realtors® possess the tools and information necessary to guide military service members, veterans, and their families toward the vast resources that exist while locating and securing housing that meets the unique needs of military families.
